GREG WICK

Greg Wick

Board Member

Greg grew up riding a Stingray bicycle on its back wheel for blocks at a time. He built his first chopper in the late 1970s, which he used to successfully attract Sandy – his wife of 38 years.

Greg’s passion for custom motorcycles led to collaborations with well-known builders Donnie Smith, Dave Perewitz, and Brian Klock. A member of the Hamsters USA custom motorcycle organization, Greg’s bikes have been featured in over a dozen motorcycle magazines worldwide. They have also appeared on the Discovery, History, and Travel Channels. One of Greg’s bikes, graciously autographed by Arlen Ness, is on display at the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum and Hall of Fame.

Wick co-chairs the annual Hamsters USA fundraising auction to benefit the LifeScape Children’s Care facility in Rapid City. Over the past 12 years, the Hamsters have annually helped over 800 children with disabilities in the Black Hills. He additionally serves on the LifeScape Foundation Board of Directors.

Greg Wick has over 37 years of experience in the land title and escrow industries and is President and CEO of Pennington Title Company in Rapid City. He has served on the South Dakota Land Title Association (SDLTA) Board of Directors and is a past SDLTA President. Wick was originally appointed to the South Dakota Abstracters Board of Examiners, the licensing and regulatory board for the title industry in the State, by Governor Mickelson in 1990. Reappointed by Governors Miller, Janklow, Rounds, and Daugaard, he is the current President of the Board.
